Receive after-sales maintenance demand
● Customer service received maintenance needs;
● Fill in the after-sales service request form according to customer feedback.
Arrange after-sales engineer
● After-sales department to arrange maintenance personnel;
● After - sales engineers prepare maintenance tools according to the after - sales service requirement list and go to the maintenance site.
Arrival maintenance
● Arrive at customer site for maintenance;
● After completing the maintenance, the after-sales engineer returns to the company to fill in the after-sales service completion form;
● Within 3-5 working days, the customer will call the customer for return visit.
